NATIONAL PRESIDENT NAOWA VISITS 68 NIGERIAN ARMY REFERENCE HOSPITAL: APPLAUDS ACTING CMD.

The National President NAOWA Mrs Fati Attahiru has commended the management staff of the 68 Nigerian Amy Reference Hospital Yaba. She gave the commendation when she recently paid a visit to the hospital as part of her tour.

Mrs Attahiru said that her purpose of visit was to reach out to the wounded soldiers especially those who suffered different degrees of injury in the ongoing operations the in the country.

She applauded the acting Corps Commander Medical Col IB Solebo and the Acting Chief Medical Director Col SO Solomon for providing enabling ,clean and conducive environment for patients which is in line with her vision for the Barracks community. She urged the personnel of 68 NARHY to be fully committed and keep up the good work.

During the visit, Mrs Attahiru presented token and food items to the patients as well as prayed for their fast recovery.

Earlier, the Acting Medical Director Col SO Moses briefed the National President on the activities of the hospital and its challenges hoping to make the hospital a world class standard.

Among the wards visited include; Pediatric ward, female surgical ward, orthopedic, psychiatric word and male surgical ward amongst others.

Present at the event were the Commander 9 Brigade, Brig Gen S Kawugana, The wives of the principal staff officers from Army Headquarters as well as the President 81 Div NAOWA chapter Mrs Adesuwa Itoha Adebayo among others.

High point of the visit include tour of the hospital facilities,ward checks,donations by the National President to patients ,exchange of souvenir and a group photographs.
